48.9% Average Worker Turnover for Part-Time Workers

52% of workers said they prefer a medical care benefit instead of a 5% raise, according to The Employee Turnover Reduction Study sponsored by PSC Technology. Nearly 1900 restaurant workers participated in the study. Here’s how the medical care benefit was described to them.
