Sexual Harassment Training: California SB 1343

We Offer the Online Training Required for Your Supervisors and Employees

January 1st, 2020 is the Deadline for State-Mandated Sexual Harassment Training

Are you an employer in California? Starting January 1st, 2020, any employer in the state with five or more employees will be required to provide new and existing employees and supervisors sexual harassment training.

Avoid legal action from the Department of Fair Employment and Housing by having your employees take certified online training courses from MyHRConcierge.

SB 1343 Requirements

For 5 or More Employees

You must provide training by January 1st and continue providing it every two years thereafter:

  • At least 2 hours of sexual harassment training to all supervisory employees
  • At least 30 minutes of sexual harassment training to all nonsupervisory employees

For 50 or More Employees

You must provide this training by January 1st and continue providing it every two years thereafter.

  • At least 2 hours of prescribed training and education regarding sexual harassment, abusive conduct, and harassment based upon gender, to all supervisory employees within 6 months of their assumption of a supervisory position and once every 2 years thereafter
  • At least 30 minutes of sexual harassment training to all nonsupervisory employees
