Forms Coding + E-filing Service
Step One: Configuration Setup
Get started with the first step of the Forms Coding + E-File service by watching this video HERE, which walks you through configuring your account settings to ensure a smooth and successful filing process.
Additional Information for Configuration Setup – Banded Plans
If you have age banded plans, the video HERE will show you how to setup the configuration when utilizing a banded plan. Please watch the Configuration Setup video first.
Step Two: Filling Out the Data Template
Once the Configuration is completed, you will download the data template and fill it out. This provides the system with the information it needs to properly create the 1094 and 1095 forms. You can vide the video HERE.
Step Three: Uploading the Data Template
Once the data template has been completed, review the video HERE to walk through how to upload the template into the ACACompli platform.
Step Four: Creating the 1094 and 1095 Forms
Once the template is uploaded, this video HERE will show you how to have ACACompli create your forms and perform an edits.
Step Five: Filing and Editing Your Forms
After you create your forms, the video HERE will show you how to e-file your forms to the IRS and any required states. It will also walk through making corrections to your e-file if needed and filing them.
